Our History
Registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) since 1981, the Law Firm ROGÉRIO MARCOLINI, MOURA ADVOGADOS ASSOCIADOS is the successor of traditional law firms, the most recent being FELIPE AMODEO ADVOGADOS ASSOCIADOS, always specialized in Criminal Law.
Over the past three decades , initially under the leadership of attorney Felipe Amodeo, and, following his death in 2005, led by partners Rogério Marcolini and Marco Moura, the firm has worked on cases of major national impact, defending the interests of various companies and financial institutions in Brazil and abroad.
Today, reinvigorated and adapted to the new demands of criminal law, RMM Advogados Associados offers support , consultancy and assistance to individuals and legal entities exclusively in matters of Criminal Law, maintaining the professional ethics, the excellence in the services provided and the quality of assistance that have always been the characteristics and the legacy of its founding partner.
